"Raccontami" is the Vespa family's Primitivo di Manduria DOC—a wine that speaks of a territory, a tradition, and a vision: that of a robust and sincere red, capable of winning over the palate at first sip.
Produced from premium vineyards, with Primitivo grapes harvested in the Manduria area at approximately 90 meters above sea level on clayey soil. The vines are trained using the Apulian bush vine system, with a density of 5,000 vines/ha. The ripe and overripe grapes are harvested in late August. After maceration for approximately 15 days with numerous punching downs and a 20% draining, the wine ferments and ages for 12 months in oak barriques (Never and Troncais).
The palate is full-bodied and smooth, with fine tannins and a long, harmonious finish.
