Access to and use of this e-commerce website are governed by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”). By using the website and purchasing products through the platform, the customer fully accepts these Terms.

By placing an order, the customer declares that they are acting within the scope of their business or professional activity.
3. Products
The website sells wines, sparkling wines, and other alcoholic beverages from various producers, wineries, and wine companies both national and international.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the actual product, label, packaging, or available vintage.
Technical specifications, product sheets, and availability may be updated without prior notice.
4. Product Availability
Product availability displayed on the website is purely indicative and does not constitute a binding contractual commitment.
In the event of total or partial unavailability after the order:
- the customer will be informed;
- alternative products may be proposed;
- any amount already paid for unavailable products will be refunded or credited.
5. Prices
All prices are expressed in:

- excluding VAT, unless otherwise specified.
The following costs are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing:

6. Orders

8. International Shipping
Shipments are carried out in Italy and worldwide through national and international carriers.
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Any delays caused by:

- logistical disruptions;
- strikes;
- force majeure;
- local regulations;
- import/export restrictions;
shall not be attributable to the seller.
The customer is responsible for verifying import regulations in the destination country.
9. Transfer of Risk
Risk relating to the products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer is required to immediately verify:
- pallet integrity;
- packages;
- any damages;
- transport anomalies.
Any claims must be noted on the carrier’s delivery document and communicated within 24 hours of delivery.
10. Payments
Available payment methods are indicated during checkout.
The seller reserves the right to:
- request advance payment;
- suspend orders in case of unpaid invoices;
- request additional guarantees;
- modify payment conditions.
In the event of delayed payments, the following may apply:
- late payment interest;
- administrative costs;
- suspension of future supplies.
11. Excise Duties, Customs Duties and Local Regulations
The customer is responsible for:
- excise duties;
- customs duties;
- local VAT;
- permits;
- authorizations;
- licenses;
- compliance with regulations in the destination country.
The seller shall not be liable for customs blocks or seizures due to local regulations.
12. Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be liable for:
- indirect losses;
- loss of profits;
- loss of market;
- logistical delays;
- business interruptions;
- force majeure events.
The seller’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the disputed order.
13. Complaints
Any complaints must be sent by email to:

14. Intellectual Property

17. Force Majeure
The seller shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including:
- wars;
- pandemics;
- strikes;
- blackouts;
- customs blocks;
- fires;
- natural disasters;
- raw material shortages;
- government restrictions.
18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
19. Final Clause
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and effective.
Failure by the seller to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
