An elegant and characterful Apulian white wine, made from 100% Fiano grapes grown in the heart of Salento. After gentle pressing, it ferments at 14°C for approximately 20 days and ages in stainless steel for at least four months, resulting in a fine residual finish and a fresh, harmonious drinkability. With a rounded and fruity palate and aroma, it offers a pleasant and balanced sip—ideal served at 10-12°C.
